Do you have it all figured out?
Me neither.
Not you. Not me. Certainly not the people who seem like they do on Instagram.
We’re all working on something.
And that’s not a failure… that’s just fuel.
You don’t need to have every answer to take a step forward.
You don’t need to be perfect to start.
You just need to be honest about where you are, and intentional about where you want to go.
This past week, I’ve had a lot of conversations with my team about realignment.
About community, clarity, direction. About how we want to build what’s next.
And I’ll tell you this: even as someone who teaches this stuff, who has built multiple businesses and exited them… I still hit moments where I realize:
“We’re off here. This part needs work. That flow doesn’t feel right.”
I’ve had to remind myself, and others on the team, that it is okay… It’s part of the process.
What matters is whether you keep showing up.
Whether you choose awareness over avoidance.
And whether you’re willing to course correct… even when it’s inconvenient.
So how do you make sure you don’t stay stuck where you started?
- Pause and check in. What’s actually working? What isn’t? Be honest.
- Name the next step. Not the whole plan. Just the next right thing.
- Build consistency. A little momentum is more powerful than waiting for perfection.
- Ask for help. You don’t have to do it alone; community matters. If you’re inside OPTION 3, don’t forget you’ve got a network of fellow founders who get it. Lean on them.
- Keep showing up. Especially on the days when it’s not easy.
That’s what intentional growth looks like.
So if you’re in a moment where things feel messy, uncertain, or in progress…
GOOD!!!
Because that’s where real change begins.
Start where you are. Just don’t stay there.
