This week, I just want to offer a reminder.

The kind that’s easy to forget… but powerful when it lands.

Not everything goes to plan.

Flights get canceled. Deals fall through. Life throws curveballs.

And when it does, it can feel personal.

Frustrating.

Deflating.

The Founder’s Reality

Here’s something I’ve learned and constantly have to remind myself:

If you can’t control it, let it roll.

There’s real power in surrendering what’s out of your hands and doubling down on what still is.

Because even when the path shifts, you’re still the one walking it.

Even when the plan breaks, you still get to write the next move.

You get to decide how YOU show up.

With grace.

With strength.

With intention.

You get to turn a breakdown into a breakthrough.

Leadership in the Chaos

The best founders I know don’t waste time wishing things were different…

They shift.

They adapt.

They lead anyway.

So if this week didn’t go how you hoped…

If something fell apart—or never came together—

Take a deep breath.

Ground yourself.

And repeat the mantra:

If I can’t control, I let it roll.

You’ve got this.

And you’re doing better than you think.
