ExitDNA Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms
By completing a purchase of the ExitDNA coaching program through our checkout platform, you (“Participant”) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and DYSRPT, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). If you do not agree, do not complete your purchase.
2. Program Description and Access
ExitDNA is a 90-day group coaching program delivered through a private online community platform (currently hosted on Mighty Networks).
During this period, you will have access to the following content:
- Proprietary frameworks, playbooks, and educational content
- Weekly group coaching calls (typically Tuesdays at 11:00 AM EST)
- Access to the private ExitDNA community
- Program materials, templates, and resources
Access begins immediately upon purchase. The 90-day program term starts on the date access is granted.
After the program ends, read-only access may remain at the Company’s discretion. Live participation benefits conclude unless otherwise agreed in writing.
3. Coaching Calls and Recordings
Weekly calls are a core component. Times may vary and are posted on the platform.
Calls are recorded and typically made available afterward. If unavailable, you may request access.
By participating, you consent to recording of your name, audio, and video. Recordings are shared within the community only.
4. All Sales Are Final — No Refunds
ALL PURCHASES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS.
Access to proprietary materials begins immediately upon purchase. This policy reflects the nature of the digital and coaching services provided.
This applies regardless of participation level. Chargebacks without valid cause will be contested.
5. Payment Terms
Fees are charged in full at purchase unless otherwise agreed.
- $12,000 — 3-month access (discounts may apply)
Pricing may change, but your purchase price remains fixed.
6. Intellectual Property
All program materials are the exclusive intellectual property of DYSRPT, LLC.
You are granted a limited, non-transferable license for personal use only.
You may not:
- Share or distribute materials
- Sell or commercialize content
- Record or extract content
- Use frameworks in paid offerings
- Claim materials as your own
Violations may result in legal action.
7. Confidentiality and Community Standards
All participant and program discussions are confidential.
The Company may remove participants without refund for disruptive or harmful behavior.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties and Results
Results vary based on many factors outside Company control.
Testimonials are not guarantees.
ALL CONTENT IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES.
9. Limitation of Liability
Liability is limited to the amount paid for the program.
The Company is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by North Carolina law.
Disputes will be resolved via binding arbitration in Mecklenburg County, NC.
The Company may seek injunctive relief where necessary.
11. Modifications to These Terms
Terms may be updated at any time. Continued participation implies acceptance.
12. Entire Agreement
These Terms represent the full agreement between parties.
