You can read all the books.

Listen to all the podcasts.

Follow all the advice.

But some things? You’ve just got to live through them.

Mistakes aren’t the enemy. They’re not proof that you’re failing.

They’re feedback. A signal. A lesson in disguise.

This month, as we double down on intention inside OPTION 3, I keep coming back to this:

If something feels off… there’s probably something we’re meant to see more clearly.

Not because it’s broken.

Not because we messed up.

But because there’s something calling us to realign.

As founders, we often move fast. And sometimes, speed comes with stumbles. But if we’re paying attention, those stumbles become teachers.

And when we learn the lesson, we move forward stronger.

When we don’t?

We stay stuck in the same pattern until we’re finally ready to listen.

So here’s my invitation for you this week:

Don’t fear the mistake.

Grab it. Look at it. Learn from it. And then move forward with intention.

Because we don’t need to get it right all the time.

We just need to get better at realigning when we don’t.

Mistakes aren’t failures, they’re just feedback.

Use them as a compass. Not a verdict.
